Pork Shoulder Bone-In (NO SKIN)
Pork shoulder is cut from the front leg of the hog. Â Pork shoulder is great for roasting, pulled pork, and most sausage makers utilize boneless pork shoulder for their sausage production.Â
Over the years, pork shoulder has picked up multiple names. Â To name a few, it is can also be called Pork Butt and Boston butt.
Note that the weight of the butt is bone-in weight.  If interested in boneless pork butt (add an additional pound to the bone-in weight so you are taking into account the weight of the bone) and please make sure to request that the bone be removed in the “Add a note to your order” section while in your shopping cart!
