Santa Clara Wildflower Honey Bear
Our raw, organic honey from hives by the eucalyptus tress near Los Gatos Creek in Santa Clara. This honey is one of our lighter and runnier honeys. It has high, bright, floral notes of citrus (neroli oil) and peach.
The “dirt” at top of this honey is actually pollen showing its cloudy ring on top of the hydrogen peroxide healing qualities of this honey.
Bee fact: most bees only travel one mile from their hive to collect pollen, so this is a true taste of Santa Clara, California.
